Gypsies and Litter

Hi, I moved into BV only 3 mths ago, having wanting to
move into the village for a couple of years. I live close to
the community centre.

Since moving in I've become increasingly cheesed off by the graffiti
(on central av.) and volume of litter and rubbish strewn all over the area,
particularly in the area around the commercial sector land / road.

What in god's name do I pay the maintainance charge
for? If it's not to keep the place tidy and free from graffiti
and why is it not being dealt with.

Now we have gypsies opposite where I live!!

Q. What help can you provide to put some of my faith back in the
village!!
