As its been 3 months since our last update, do we have any feedback from BT about their test results on our boradband speeds?
Or when the upgrading is going to commence?
As its been a good few months now since BT paid their little visits, do we have an update on the results of the tests they performed?
I can only assume they are sending the data back by email, hense it taking so long to arrive.

I've just finally got around to getting broadband, and what a nightmare! Firstly Orange took from the 16th December 2009 until the 8th February 2010 to activate my internet connection (apparently there was a 'server error' twice during the activation and they had to manually activate it causing the massive delay) and then when I finally get it, I find out i'm getting download speeds of between 67Kbps and 145Kbps?? I'm sorry but I did not pay to achieve transfer speeds of ancient ISDN lines of 10 years ago! It makes online gaming a nightmare, BBC Iplayer a no go and general internet access a headache!
Surely something can be done about this? Has there been a petition made and sent to relevant providers? How many people roughly live on the site? 1000+? Would those figures be of no significance to Virgin Media or BT?
Games I'm looking forward to: • Ghostbusters • Mass Effect 2
Movies I'm looking forward to: • Transformers 2 • Star Trek • Wolverine Origins
Albums I'm looking forward to:
Somebody better tell Elite Telecomms that when they move to Matrix business park they may aswell shut up shop - See News section!!!!!!! And yes the silence is stil deafening
I take it David Borrow has now given up seeing as we've had no updates for MONTHS. Well done on keeping your voters up-to-date.
I know the issue is not going to sort itself out overnight and I know progress will be quite slow but we at least deserve a message saying "The issue is still being looked into" or "Ive given up!"
I still cannot believe a new project like Buckshaw that is supposed to attract big modern businesses and modern families did not consider the fact that internet speeds of less than 1mb are just not good enough.
