The Preston Temple Site (opened in 1998) is one of only two LDS Temple sites in Britain. Specialist tours concentrating on the architecture and the award winning gardens will also be available.

A child's 'Seek and ye Shall Find' map will be available to keep young eyes alert and engaged. Younger children are welcome to accompany their parents, but there will not be anything to entertain them.

Commencing Sunday 22nd August.....

You won’t find Buckshaw Village Church on a map, or using Sat Nav. In the Bible, the word ‘church’ is always used to describe a group of people, not a building…

So, with the support of Methodist and Anglican congregations in Leyland, Chorley and Euxton, a bunch of people from the Village (and nearby) have got together to set up a local church for Buckshaw.

Led by Ken Campbell, a licensed minister in the Church of England, we meet together on Sundays from 10.30am at the Buckshaw Community Hall for an informal, family-friendly service: everyone is welcome!

From the autumn, we will also be hosting a range of midweek activities for adults and young people – details will be posted on our website in due course: www.buckshawvillagechurch.org.uk

In the meantime, if you want to get in touch or have any questions, please email us: info@buckshawvillagechurch.org.uk
